Stop Smoking RESET
This is a focused one-session programme, lasting 2 to 3 hours. It’s designed to get to the root of your smoking habit—addressing the subconscious triggers, emotional associations, and stress patterns that keep the cycle going. You’ll also receive a supportive MP3 audio to listen to afterward, reinforcing the positive changes and keeping you on track.

 

I also offer a gentler approach for clients who need support at the start.
This is a focused two-session programme:
• Session 1 (1 hour) – We explore your smoking habits, triggers, and emotional links. If needed, we’ll also create a short-term reduction plan to help you prepare for success.
• Session 2 The main RESET session, where we use hypnotherapy and subconscious re-patterning to disconnect from cravings and create new, healthy habits.

You’ll also receive a custom MP3 audio to support your mindset and motivation after your session.
