  • Many people notice a shift in just one session, especially straight forward ones, eg spiders. Surprised? The number of sessions depends on the complexity and root of the phobia. We’ll create a plan that’s personalised to you.

  • That’s totally fine. You don’t need to know the origin for the work to be effective. We can still help you change the emotional response and build a new, more empowered reaction.
