  • No. ADHD doesn’t need fixing. It’s a different neurotype, not a disorder. What we do is work on reducing the stress, shame and overwhelm that can come with trying to live in a world not built for ADHD brains. This RESET helps you feel more regulated, empowered and connected to your strengths.

  • Yes. But I don’t work with under 16s at the moment. (My young person therapy room is still not ready!) I do support parents to cope with ADHD children at home.

  • That’s completely fine. Your Hypno RESET works alongside medication or other support. While meds can help with concentration, they don’t always address emotional intensity, overwhelm or low self-esteem. This RESET fills in those gaps - supporting your nervous system and self-worth from the inside out.
